2. Services We Provide
We offer recurring and one-off window cleaning, conservatory cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services.
Service frequency, pricing, and options are shown on our website at the time of booking.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Square
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you sign up, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices include all applicable taxes and are clearly displayed before checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, with reasonable notice given to existing customers.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at: clean@panesimple.co.uk
Please give at least 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled clean to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Refunds are not issued for completed cleans but may be given for services not yet delivered.
If weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances prevent cleaning, we’ll rearrange at the earliest available date.
5. Access and Property Requirements
Customers must ensure safe access to windows and property areas to be cleaned.
We are not responsible for issues caused by unsafe conditions, restricted access, or hazards on site.
Pets should be kept safely indoors during cleaning.
6. Liability
We take all reasonable care while working on your property. However:
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defective window seals, or poorly maintained fittings.
Our liability for any proven damages is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
7. Customer Conduct
We treat all customers with respect and expect the same in return.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abuse, unsafe conditions, or repeated missed payments.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
